Hart has led and run businesses, negotiated and led acquisitions, secured $150+ million in lending facilities, driven ERP implementations, and improved profitability through process improvement, analysis, and the introduction of KPIs. He began his career as a Manager at the world-wide accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP, and then went on to lead portfolios of private companies in both the United States and Canada as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Hart holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction (Accounting Major, Business Law Minor) from the University of Alberta, and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant/Chartered Accountant from CPA Canada. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, and supports businesses in both the United States and Canada.
